Producing is a important form of expression of work team, or it could be said, work team is not existed without producing, thus producing control is critical for work team management. The vital task of contemporary producing management is ensure the achievement of quality, cost and delivery also known as "QCD". According to these three basic tasks, the content of producing management include four aspects of planning, organizing, preparing and controlling.
